Business Process Analysis
- Document, assess, and evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement across business functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct interviews, and facilitate working sessions.
- Develop process maps, flowcharts, and supporting documentation using Morley- approved tools and formats.
- Provide recommendations and formal deliverables summarizing findings and proposed improvements.
Data Analysis​
- Gather, cleanse, and analyze data from Morley’s systems to support business decision- making.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models as directed by Client stakeholders.
- Interpret analytical findings and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the integrity and governance of data across systems used in project engagements.
IT Solution Design
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to define technology requirements and solution criteria.
- Develop functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and other requirements documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, platforms, and system enhancements aligned with client’s objectives.
- Support implementation activities including testing, user acceptance, and change management as assigned.
